Ts-Immo moves up a gear
New website, new infrastructure, new dashboard, help centre, new WordPress plugin, payments moved to Stripe, artificial intelligence, Add-ons and an MCP server: Ts-Immo has changed a great deal over the past few months.
As September approaches, we wanted to walk you through everything that has been built around Ts-Immo over the past few months.
Originally a simple gateway that kept your listings in sync with your website, Ts-Immo is steadily becoming a full services platform for real-estate professionals.
Your new Ts-Immo dashboard
You now have a dedicated space where you can find and monitor your gateway directly from our new dashboard.
Your account is already set up.
The email address this newsletter was sent to was used to create your account and to attach your Ts-Immo gateway to it.
If you have never signed in to the dashboard, simply use the “Forgot password” link to set your password.
A new help centre is available
To help you use the dashboard, manage your gateway and discover what Ts-Immo can do, a help centre is now available online.

We have migrated our entire payment and subscription environment to Stripe, to make Ts-Immo licence management simpler and more secure.
For security reasons, the card details stored in our previous system cannot be transferred to Stripe.
We have therefore re-created your licence in the new environment, keeping exactly the same expiry date.
Nothing is required from you at this stage.
A few days before your licence renews, you will receive an email from Stripe inviting you to enter or update your payment method.
That email is expected: it is part of our billing migration.
A new infrastructure
We have thoroughly modernised the infrastructure that runs the Ts-Immo gateways.
The goal is simple: further improve the reliability, speed and traceability of synchronisations, while making room for the new services we are rolling out.
A new WordPress plugin
Ts-Immo now has a new WordPress plugin, designed to integrate your listings and the Ts-Immo features into your site more cleanly.
It is now the foundation of our WordPress integrations, and the way you will progressively benefit from the platform’s features and Add-ons.
Important
If your site still runs an older Ts-Immo integration, a migration is required to move to this new plugin.
Property search goes natural language
We have built a new property search engine powered by artificial intelligence.
No more laborious searches through endless filters, checkboxes and criteria.
Your visitor simply describes the property they are looking for in their own words, and Ts-Immo shows them the matching listings.
“I’m looking for a house near Lyon with at least 3 bedrooms, a garden, not too much renovation work and ideally a mountain view.”
Ts-Immo Add-ons
A real-estate gateway can now do far more than simply move listings from A to B.
So we created Ts-Immo Add-ons: complementary features that enrich your website and your listings.
Among the features already available or being rolled out:
- property valuation;
- a chatbot embedded directly in listing pages;
- tools that enrich listings automatically;
- features powered by artificial intelligence;
- new services you can switch on as you need them.
Ts-Immo opens up to AI assistants and agents
Ts-Immo now has its own MCP server.
MCP lets compatible AI assistants and agents query Ts-Immo directly and access the listings available in your gateway.
In practice, an AI can now use your properties to search listings, answer natural-language requests, or even help build entire real-estate websites and experiences.
