An MCP server is the universal socket between your data and AI
You do not need to be technical to get the idea. An AI is an excellent intern: fast, tireless, it writes, it codes, it analyses. But it shows up on day one knowing nothing about your agency. MCP — Model Context Protocol — is the access badge you hand it: from then on it can read your portfolio, your analytics, today's mortgage rates, and work on real data.
Without MCP, the AI makes things up
Ask an AI for a real estate website: you get a beautiful mock-up, with stock-photo villas and imaginary prices. Then you replace everything by hand, property by property.
With MCP, it reads your properties
It queries your Ts-Immo gateway, pulls your mandates with full-resolution photos, floor areas, EPC labels and fees, and builds the site from that.
And it stays up to date on its own
The site copies nothing, it re-reads the source. New mandate this morning: online right away. Property sold: it leaves the site without you touching anything.
The analogy, if you prefer

Tools marked with an addon require that option on your gateway. Without it, the tool simply answers that it is not enabled: nothing breaks, the assistant moves on.
What the AI can do — and what it will never be able to do
The first question we get, and it is the right one: "if I plug an AI into my CRM, what can it break?" Answer: nothing.
Read-only by design
No write tool is exposed on the server. The AI cannot edit a property, delete one, or publish anything into your CRM. This is not a setting someone could flip: those tools do not exist.
Scoped to your agency
Your key carries the scope of your gateways, and nothing else. An assistant connected with your key will never see another agency's listings — and nobody will see yours.
Revocable in one click
Regenerate the key from your client area and access stops immediately, including for a contractor you lent it to for the duration of a project.
Valuation with no side effects
A valuation called by the AI is a pure calculation: no lead created, no quota consumed, no personal data collected along the way.
Every call is logged
We log the calling agency, the tool, the duration and the outcome of each call for 90 days. Enough to diagnose unexpected behaviour — never enough to read your conversations with your assistant.
One simple rule
Your key belongs in the server configuration of your site or assistant, never in a public page or a shared code repository. If a tool asks you to paste it into code shipped to the browser, that is the wrong place — ask us.
Connecting is one URL and one key
The server speaks the standard Streamable HTTP transport. Any modern MCP client connects with these two pieces of information.

The questions we get
I am not a technical person. Is this really for me?
Yes, if you are willing to spend an evening talking to an AI. You write no code: you describe what you want, paste a key, and correct things in plain language. What it really takes is patience and the will to try. If that is not your thing, we build the site for you — that is our website creation offer.
Is MCP a developers-only thing?
The protocol is technical, using it is not. Adding a connector in Claude or ChatGPT means pasting a URL into a settings field. After that you just talk: "show me the listings that are stalling". The assistant turns your question into technical calls.
Can the AI edit or delete my listings?
No. The server exposes read tools only: there is no tool to create, edit or delete anything. Even if you explicitly ask, the assistant has no way to touch your CRM.
Does my data go to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google?
What you ask your assistant goes through the vendor of that assistant, exactly as when you paste a document into it. On our side we send nothing to anyone: we answer your key, on your data. If confidentiality is critical, use a self-hosted MCP client, or an enterprise plan with a no-training commitment.
How much extra does it cost?
Nothing. The MCP server is included with any active Ts-Immo gateway. Three tool families depend on an addon: DVF for actual sales, Estimation for the price range, Insights for traffic and leads.
Which AI tools are compatible?
Any tool that can talk to a remote MCP server: Claude (web and desktop), ChatGPT through custom connectors, Gemini CLI, Mistral Le Chat, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, as well as site builders such as Lovable, Base44, Bolt and v0. The list grows every month — that is the point of a standard.
Will the AI-generated site be legally compliant?
Not automatically, and that is the real thing to watch. The required data is there — EPC, GHG, fees and who pays them, Géorisques information — but the AI will only display it if you ask. The prompt we provide does; we then offer a compliance audit that goes through the site before it goes live.
What if I prefer the REST API or the WordPress plugin?
They are not going anywhere. MCP is a third door onto the same data: the WordPress plugin for a WordPress site, the REST API for classic development, MCP for anything that goes through an AI. You can happily use all three on the same gateway.
