See the buyers you're losing today
Ts-Intent is a WordPress add-on for Ts-Immo that analyses first-party visitor behaviour and tells the agent who to call back first, and why. No cloud, no AI, no third-party trackers — all data stays inside your WordPress.
Early access — private beta
Ts-Intent v1 is in selective early access. We install the add-on, configure the scoring with you, and support you through the first weeks of operation. Public availability on the WordPress store is planned for later.
Detect the real buy & sell signals
Every day, dozens of visitors come back to view the same property, compare valuations and click the phone number — without ever filling a form. Ts-Intent turns them into a prioritised call list.
Hot buyers
Repeated views of the same property (3+ in 48 h), recurring searches in the same city, phone click, favourite action: each signal lifts the visitor in the dashboard with a concrete recommended action.
Potential sellers
Valuation pages and seller guides visited multiple times, valuation forms scrolled through: Ts-Intent spots seller intent before the mandate goes to a competitor.
Dormant leads reactivated
Generate personalised links (?tsi=token) for your CRM re-engagement campaigns. On click, the anonymous visitor is attached to the known lead and their full browsing history follows.
Hot buyer: this visitor viewed the same house 4 times in 48 hours and clicked the phone button.
Potential seller: this visitor viewed the estimation page twice this week.
A business dashboard — not another Google Analytics
The dashboard answers one question: who should the agent call now, and why? No vanity charts, no analytics jargon.
Today
Urgent buyers, potential sellers and reactivated leads for the day, each with its recommended action.
Hot buyers
Anonymous or identified profiles, intent score, viewed properties, last activity and call-to-action.
Potential sellers
Visitors showing seller signals, the precise trigger (valuation, guide), seller score and last activity.
Reactivated leads
Every CRM lead that clicked a personalised link: campaign, click date, visited pages and post-click score.
Top properties by intent
The properties that actually drive commercial interest: unique visits, returns, phone and email clicks.
Recommended action
One clear, fact-driven sentence per lead: 'Call today: this contact viewed the house in Cluses 4 times in 48 h.'
An explainable intent score that doesn't go stale
The score is 100% server-side, computed from transparent rules. Each event has a weight that decays over time so your dashboard reflects recent activity, not visits from two months ago.
Transparent rules, no AI
Each event (property view, search, phone click, form submission…) has a configurable weight. No black box: you understand exactly why a visitor turned 'hot'.
Time decay
Configurable half-life (14 days by default): yesterday's visit weighs ~100%, a 14-day-old visit ~50%, a 60-day-old visit ~5%. Your dashboard stays trustworthy over time.
Clear intent levels
Four levels: cold, warm, hot, urgent. A simple threshold to decide who to call today, who to follow up this week, and who to leave alone.
Built-in bot filtering
Server-side User-Agent detection (Googlebot, AhrefsBot, uptime monitors…) plus customisable patterns. Bots are stored but never pollute scoring or the dashboard.

Local-first, no cloud, GDPR-friendly
Ts-Intent v1 is a local add-on: every event stays in your WordPress database. No upload to a Ts-Services cloud, no cross-site matching, no probabilistic fingerprinting.
What Ts-Intent does
- Stores events in the WordPress database, on your server
- Hashes IPs by default, never stores raw IPs
- Respects consent (cookie banner) before tracking
- Exposes WordPress-native GDPR tools (export & erasure)
- Identifies a visitor only via deterministic actions: form, personalised link, alert
What Ts-Intent does NOT do
- No centralised cloud, no multi-site identity graph
- No probabilistic matching, no fingerprinting
- No LinkedIn scraping, no external enrichment
- No third-party cookies, no ad network
- No generative AI, no automated message sent to the visitor
Reactivate dormant leads in one click
For each CRM lead, generate a personalised re-engagement link. On click, the visitor is bound to the lead, their browsing history is attached, and the intent score increases.
https://your-site.com/selection/houses-cluses/?tsi=TOKEN- 1Pick a lead from your list
- 2Enter the target URL (property selection, listing, contact page…)
- 3Optional: campaign name and expiry date
- 4Ts-Intent generates a random 32+ byte token
- 5You copy the personalised link and send it from your CRM (email or SMS)
- 6On click: the visitor is attached to the lead, anonymous history follows, score goes up
GDPR notice: retroactively attaching anonymous behaviour to a named lead is only legally sound when you have explicit nominative consent from that lead. The WordPress admin reminds you of this before every token generation.
Technical compatibility
WordPress 6.4 +
Compatible with mainstream themes. No rewrite of your site required.
PHP 8.1 +
Strict typing, modern performance. Most hosts are already ready.
Ts-Immo Sync plugin installed
Ts-Intent relies on listings synced by Ts-Immo Sync (CRM → WordPress). Degrades gracefully if disabled.
French & English
Admin UI and recommended-action templates ship in FR and EN from v1.
What v1 deliberately does NOT do
Ts-Intent v1 is intentionally focused on commercial prioritisation. The rest will follow in future versions.
- No automated SMS or emails to the visitor
- No AI lead summaries, no AI-generated messages
- No centralised Ts-Intent cloud in v1 (planned for v1.5)
- No cross-device probabilistic matching
- No native SPA / headless WordPress support (planned for v1.5)
