Is a website written by an AI any good?
The AI makes nothing up: it reads your listings through our MCP server and lays them out. No invented price, no approximate EPC — the data shown is the data in your CRM, and it keeps updating on its own afterwards. The result is an ordinary static website you can audit like any other. Before go-live, our team goes over it: legal notices, fees, EPC and GHG labels, Géorisques disclosure. Our public demo website was produced exactly this way.
Is the CRM gateway really included?
Yes. The connection between your site and your real estate software is configured and tested during creation. For one-shot plans, the gateway works free for the 1st year; from year 2, a TsImmoSync subscription (from €199/year) takes over. For monthly subscriptions, everything is included permanently.
I change host — what happens?
Since your domain name is in your name, you can transfer it freely. We provide a complete export of your site (files + database) at no charge.
Can I edit my site myself?
On WordPress, yes — the interface is accessible and you can edit text and images without technical skills. On Next.js, content changes go through us.
Is my real estate software compatible?
TsImmoSync is compatible with Hektor, Apimo, Netty, AC3, Ubiflow, Whise, Sweepbright, and more. Contact us if you have doubts about your software.
What happens at the end of the 12-month commitment?
The subscription continues month by month, cancellable with 30 days' notice. Your site and domain name are fully returned to you.
Is creation really free on subscription?
Yes, with no hidden conditions. The 12-month commitment covers our initial creation investment.
Can I switch between subscription plans?
Yes, an upgrade is immediate. A downgrade takes effect the following month.
