Ts-Services ("Ts-Services", "we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its websites and services. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain and protect your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

I — Data Collected and Processing Purposes
We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

II — Sharing of Personal Data

- Technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, marketing tools) acting as processors, solely on our behalf and under a GDPR-compliant agreement.
- Commercial partners, only with your prior explicit consent.
- Judicial or administrative authorities, pursuant to a legal obligation.
- Potential acquirers, in connection with a restructuring or business transfer, subject to equivalent confidentiality commitments.
III — Retention Periods
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for each purpose:
- Client account data: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years (prospecting); deletion after 36 months of inactivity
- Invoicing data: 10 years from the relevant financial year (statutory accounting obligation)
- Connection and security logs: 12 months
- Contact data (outside contract): 3 years from the last contact
- Consent data (newsletter, cookies): 3 years from consent or until withdrawal
- Real estate data (Gateway Service): duration of subscription + 30 days after termination, then permanent destruction
IV — Data Security
Ts-Services implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Password hashing (bcrypt or equivalent)
- Strict access controls based on the principle of least privilege
- Hosting in certified data centres within the European Economic Area (Infomaniak, Switzerland / Amazon, France)
- Regular backups and business continuity procedures
- Staff training on data protection
In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we undertake to notify the CNIL within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, to inform you directly.
V — Transfers Outside the EEA
Your personal data is hosted within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary (e.g. certain third-party tools), we ensure it is governed by:
- A European Commission adequacy decision, or
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law

- Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to provide post-mortem instructions: determine the fate of your data after your death
