What this add-on does
A discreet button opens a conversational assistant that answers questions based solely on the property's information (server-side RAG). When it can't answer, it smartly switches to a form and generates a « chatbot » lead. The display adapts to desktop (bottom-right) and mobile (full-width).

How it works
The assistant uses a server-side RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) approach: it only draws on the viewed property's information to craft its answers. This constraint is a crucial guardrail: it can't state a wrong area, price or feature. When a question is outside its scope, it politely offers to take the visitor's details.
